Helio Guerra

Experienced Product Manager

Since joining Intel as a new college graduate several years ago, I have embraced opportunities that have enabled me to develop a deep understanding and passion for the development of hardware and software products and bringing them to market.
In my most recent role at Intel, I served as the Product Line Manager for Agilex 9 Development Kits. As Product Line Manager, I drove the development and launch of Intel's new high-end FPGA development kits product line, successfully delivering Direct RF FPGA platforms to the US Government, Department of Defense, top aerospace and military customers.
Beyond my work at Intel, I am actively contributing to shaping a future where human intelligence, creativity, and entrepreneurship thrive.

I've started by launching a series of in-person product development workshops, where we explore the latest techniques to ideate, collaborate, and bring bold ideas to life. My ultimate goal is to establish a venture fund that fuels a pipeline of high-potential local artists, technologists, educators and entrepreneurs who dare to reimagine everything. I am calling this The "Collective Human Intelligence Project" (CHIP).

September 2024 - Present

  • Objective:

Leverage a face-to-face approach to host product development workshops, drive awareness and adoption of AI tools, and provide high-level education on the enabling software and hardware technologies that make it all possible.

  • My expectation:

Along the way, we will explore cutting-edge ways to leverage today’s technology to accelerate product development, unleash creativity, and turn bold ideas into reality. These hands-on sessions will go beyond theory, providing a live, interactive experience where artists, technologists, educators and entrepreneurs come together to collaborate, innovate, and build game-changing solutions that drive positive impact in our communities.

  • What I am doing:

I am pitching this project internally at Intel with a request to secure a few AI PCs to host small, hands-on workshops. Simultaneously, I am building connections with local small businesses, government entities, and interested partners or investors in the Los Angeles area to create a collaborative ecosystem around this initiative.
